Charming, feisty singer/songwriter Jenny Owen Youngs is someone I’ve kept an eye on for a few years now and finally her debut-album ‘Batten the Hatches’ is released in Scandinavia (Nettwerk/Playground)! Her song ‘F*ck was I?’ have been featured on the hit series Weeds and she has toured with the likes of Regina Spektor – whom she often get compared too – even though it’s obvious Jenny’s more prone to draw influence from country.
